Here are 3 steps to ensure you are accessing Alliance Bank secured site

  1. Type in the Alliance Bank's url address on browser address bar.
    If you don't know the url address, go to Google and search "Alliance Bank Malaysia homepage".
  2. Open Alliance Bank website.
  3. Click on the Latest Information on Loan/Financing Moratorium banner and you will be redirected to this page for Loan/Financing Moratorium Request.

Dear Valued Customers,

Following the recent announcement on 6 May 2020, all Car Loan/Financing (Hire Purchase/Hire Purchase-I) customers who had notified us that they wish to continue paying their monthly instalments with no deferment are not required to take any action.
If you have not notified us of your preference, please choose one of the following 3 options before 15 June 2020:
Option 1 : Choose to pay your instalments as usual.
Option 2 : Enjoy a 6-month moratorium between 1 April and 30 September 2020.
Option 3 : You prefer to explore payment options that may suit you better than options 1 or 2.
If we do not hear from you by 15 June 2020, you will be deemed as having agreed to discontinue with the moratorium programme on your car loan/financing. This also means that you will need to catch up on your April and May 2020 instalments by 30 June 2020 (in addition to your June 2020 instalment).
